MugArt provides hassle free replacement policy.
Any defect found in the product/design has to be informed via email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of product delivery along with pictorial evidence
Our team will contact regarding issue and if founds true the replacement will be dispatched within 3-4 working days
Note: For printed/engraved products our working model is ‘POD’ Print On Demand, every product specifically gets printed and ready as per individual order so we only give replacement in case of a damaged product or a wrong product/design being delivered. Replacement wont be executed other than these reasons.
Since most of our products are customized and print/engraved on demand we don’t provide refund facility for any reason other then if product delivered is damaged or faulty at time of delivery.

If issue founds to be genuine and refund approves then customer has to ship the product back to our office in original packing, box, tag & along with any included accessories. The refund amount will process/transfer within 2 working days of receiving the product with all the packing materials
